Very well written and he makes a good case. For the life of me, I can't understand how we don't have a team out that way while we do have teams in Atlanta, Tampa Bay, and Dallas.

Atlanta, Tampa Bay and Dallas? What about Phoenix for goodness sakes? What on earth is a hockey team doing in Phoenix? I agree wholeheartedly: The Northwest would be a prime place for an NHL team.
Although I admit I have issues with the focus on a pro team in Seattle.
Ok people, Seattle is NOT the end all be all of the Northwest. This is a fine article, but instead of Seattle let's shoot for the NHL in Portland.
